are based in DongGuan city of China
As a small business of 22 employees, inclusive
of management, who have dedicated themselves for over thirty years in
the foundry industry.
We can be more flexible in our day to day production
runs by manufacturing one-off or batch orders to customer requirements on short lead
times.
Our in-house quality system is fully
documented from receipt of orders to dispatch of product. We design and
manufacture gravity die tools for production of customer casting orders.

Sand casting
This method of casting production is very
practical for producing prototype work or minimum quantity products from
customers own existing pattern equipment,or we work with the customer to design the
product from scratch.
Once product has been accepted, production of quantities
can be manufactured by sandcast method then move to gravity die should volume
of product increase and be cost effective.
Quotations would be submitted for sandcasting
and gravity die cast methods of production. This gives the inquiring
prospective customer a clear picture of future costs. Sandcast methods of

Casting weights from 100grms to 200KG Melting
processes 2 x 300kg electric resistance furnaces.
Gravity Die
casting
This method
of production has become our speciality due to the demands from our customers
for finished cast products or castings with M/C allowance.
Casting
weights are from 30g to 10Kgs
5 electric
resistance furnaces are in use and from these we achieve an emission free
working environment and a high quality of metal cast.
Gravity die
tooling is designed by competent and dedicated management, then manufactured in
our in house toolroom by our highly experienced toolmakers. We work with our
customers at all stages of design and tooling to achieve a cost effective
casting product, and a consistency of product produced.
